POLICY
We strive for fast shipping and friendly service! We also understand how hard it is to buy items "sight unseen". We like the products we sell and want you to like them, too. So if you are not happy with any of our products for any reason, return them within 14 days and we'll refund your money!
As for our used items (which occasionally we do have), we do describe them to the best of our ability, and these are all sold "as is". Please e-mail us first with any questions before you buy.
SHIPPING
Because most of our items are fragile (breakable or bendable), the majority of our shipping is done by Priority Mail -- so your items will get to you safe and fast! We ship about twice a week, sometimes more.
At this time, we only ship to the United States and Canada.
PAYMENT
Even though we use PayPal to accept all payments, you do NOT have to be a member of PayPal. When checking out, continue through payment, and instead clicking to join PayPal, continue through to enter your credit card. Payment can be made by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or e-check.
Because we do a lot of traveling, we cannot accept money orders, cashier's checks, or checks. If you do send us one, it may be weeks before we arrive home to see that you paid -- and therefore before we ship!
For those of you who do not like PayPal, I've just set up Google Checkout, but until the bugs are worked out to work with my shopping cart, Google Checkout will not be offered in the shopping cart. BUT I can send you an invoice from which you can pay with Google. You can use any credit card with Google -- and also not be a member! Just let me know!
